要想能够正常访问必须要关闭服务器。

进行排错

1. 利用http 命令进行本机访问，没问题。

2. 开启全局模式，浏览器依然不能访问。

3. 构建flask服务器，也是不是不能访问。

4. 这说明程序配置是对的，服务器配置出了问题，且和GFW 没有关系。

5. 防火墙搞得鬼，关闭就可以了。

500 Internal Privoxy Error

外网方法，关闭防火墙。

sudo systemctl stop firewalld.service

systemctl status firewalld.service

部分vultr服务器 ssh sftp连接不上，重新生成新服务器即可。
