国内外植保机械发展及智能化有害生物综合治理系统展望


摘要:简析了植保机械发展历程并分析归纳植物保护自然耕稼、农药优先、综合治理3个阶段的典型植保机械概况,分析综述了国内外开展物理防治、生物防治、化学防治和有害生物综合治理的方法和装备及其关键应用技术的研究进展。最后以组织、技术和制度等集成为切入点,提出了农机农艺深度融合开发原创性植保机械的互动机制、匹配技术、种植制度建议,并提出开展建设智能化有害生物综合治理系统(IIPMS)的研究建议。

AbstractThe development history of plant protection machinery was briefly analyzed, and the general situation of typical plant protection machinery was summarized in three plant protection stages of the naturally-farming-based stage, the pesticide-priority-based stage, and the integrated-management-based stage. The research progress of different plant protection methods and equipment was analyzed and reviewed, including the physical control, the biological control, the chemical pesticide control and the integrated pest management. The physical control methods including mechanical methods, electromagnetic methods, heat treatments and radiation treatments were mainly reviewed, in which the mechanical methods were summarized as the pneumatic collection of insects, the sound-driven solution of deterrence and control, the mechanical weeding, the lamp insect-trapping, and the combination of different methods. The biological control equipment was reviewed and summarized as the application of breeding nest box for the predatory natural enemies, emitter for the parasitic natural enemies, spraying system for the microbial pesticide control, and the pheromone control equipment. The methods and equipment of chemical pesticide application were reviewed and summarized as the pesticide sprayer, the duster, the pesticide injection system, the pesticide mopping and painting equipment, the bait application equipment and the seedling treatment equipment etc. Then from the integration perspective of organization, technology and regularity, some suggestions on the interactive mechanism, the matching technology and the planting regularity on the deep integration measures of agricultural machinery and agronomy were put forward to develop the original innovative plant protection machinery. Finally, the research suggestion was put forward on developing the intelligent integrated pest management system (IIPMS) for agriculture and forestry.
