   * Course Documentation.

3、Please rate the trainer in the following area:

   * Knowledge of Subject/Ability to Answer Questions;

   * Organisation and Preparation;

* Style and Delivery;

* Responsiveness to participants;

* Confident and Clear Presentation;

* Enthusiasm/Encouragement;

* Maitaining Interest.
