该会议基本是每年召开一次，SSDBM 2010已是22届，20-21届会议论文均刊登在Springer出版的丛书丛刊《Lecture Notes in Computer Science》 上，2010年的22届会议论文仍旧刊登在《Lecture Notes in Computer Science》，该会议论文均被EI、ISTP收录。
2008年21届SSDBM会议被EI、ISTP收录42篇，其中美国24篇，德国6篇，巴西、意大利各2篇，中国、加拿大、丹麦、英国、法国等各1篇。
