第140条国内实用新型和实用证书

第66条、第124条、第135条、第137条以及第139条应当适于实用新型和实用证书以及法律中具有实用新型或证书条款的缔约国的实用新型申请或实用证书登记或备案申请。

Articles 66, 124, 135, 137 and 139 shallapply to utility models and utility certificates and to applications forutility models and utility certificates registered or deposited in theContracting States whose laws make provision for such models or certificates.

第141条  欧洲专利维持费

（1）只有第86条第2款中所指年份之后才征收欧洲专利维持费；

（2）在欧洲专利公报公告欧洲专利授权后两个月内到期的维持费，如果在该期限内按期缴纳，就视为已缴纳。无需缴纳国内法律规定的其他费用。

(1)Renewal fees for a European patent mayonly be imposed for the years which follow that referred to in Article 86,paragraph 2.

(2)Any renewal fees falling due within twomonths of the publication in the European Patent Bulletin of the mention of thegrant of the European patent shall be deemed to have been validly paid if theyare paid within that period. Any additional fee provided for under national lawshall not be charged.
