Science Bulletin Call for Papers!

Science Bulletin (http://www.scibull.com:8080/EN/volumn/home.shtml) is proud to announce that it will publish a special topic onHuman Functional Connectomics” in 2015! Some of the papers in this topic will be invited by guest editor, but unsolicited papers related to the topic are also welcome.

Special topic: Human Functional Connectomics: Focus on braindevelopment

This special topic focuses on various fields of Human Functional Connectomics, including computational methodology, developmental psychology, normal human brain development and developmental disorders of human brain function.

Topics of particular interests include but not limited to:

1.  Characterization of developmental changes and trajectories of brain functional and/or structural connectivity

2.  Identification of connectomic differences associated with the neurodevelopmental disorders

3.  Development of novel imaging modalities and/or analytic techniques/softwares for characterizing developmental phenomena

4.  Experimental designsand studies promising to accelerate the identification of neuroimaging and connectomic markers of risk for neurodevelopmental disorders

Manuscript Submission Procedure

The full paper should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines of Chinese Science Bulletin (to be Science Bulletin from January 2015, http://www.scibull.com:8080/EN/column/column131.shtml) and submitted to the journal by February 1st,2015. All of the papers will be peer-reviewed to ensure high quality, rigor,and relevance. The accepted papers will be published as early as May 2015.

Please select "ST: Human Functional Connectomics: Focus on brain development" as the article type during submission process to ensure that your manuscript is considered for this Special Topic.
