Back in 1800, a wooden warship was sailing across the ocean. A guy in the crew said: “Captain, there is an enemy ship on the horizon!” The captain said to his assistant calmly: “Bring me my red shirt.” The battle went all day long, and they didn’t lose a single sailor.
In the evening, the assistant came to the captain and ask: “Before the battle started, you asked to bring your red shirt. Why a red shirt?” The captain said: “Because if I happen to be shot, and was bleeding, the crew will not notice that blood and they will continue to fight on.” The assistant said: “Wow, that’s awesome.”
Next morning, the guy in the crew shout: “Twenty enemy ships on the horizon!” The captain said: “Bring me my brown pants.”
