    这是个让人感兴趣的主题.可以这样理解,重组并不完全是随机的,重组热点和重组冷点的存在是破坏这种随机性的直接原因.为什么有的位点会成为热点,而有的又是冷点,这背后的机制是什么.是不是能把任意位点变成重组热点或者冷点.既然有hotspot motif,但好象看起来也是可能的.
    这不属于我的主要研究领域,但多学点知识应该没什么坏处.文章还没细读,能记住这里有这样几篇文章,可能才是要点.
