研究表明减肥补充剂没什么效果

有数百种减肥补充剂(weight-loss supplements),如绿茶提取物(green tea extract)、壳聚糖(chitosan)、瓜尔豆胶(guar gum)和共轭亚油酸(conjugated linoleic acid),估计有34%的美国人尝试减肥时使用过,美国人为此花费了数十亿美元。

根据发表在《肥胖症(Obesity)》杂志上的一项最新研究,缺乏强有力的证据表明膳食补充剂(dietary supplements)和替代疗法(alternative therapies)有助于成年人减肥。大部分研究显示,这些补充剂并没有在使用者中产生减肥效果。
