今年5月19日,我的三位博士研究生顺利通过了博士论文答辩。再过几天,他们即将离开南大,开始新的生活,在此预祝他们前程似锦,心想事成!
靳同学来自山东师范大学,2005年作为硕士研究生来到我们研究组,2007年提前攻读博士学位。靳同学性格豪爽,科研工作有股冲劲,属于情绪支配的“脉冲”型--他可以一个月起早贪黑玩命地做实验,也可能一个月优哉游哉地网上冲浪调研文献。他还有一个很大的特点,就是解决问题的能力很强。实验中遇到问题,能够自己主动解决,基本上不用找导师就能非常圆满地解决。比如需要测试某种性能,而我们没有设备,他会主动与其他研究组的研究生合作来解决。在科研工作中有创新意识,有自己的独到见解,有做科研工作的悟性。

徐同学是南京高校的教师,2007年来南大在职攻读博士学位。原单位的教学工作比较繁重,经常半天半天地到很远的分校上课。她很勤奋,没课的时候基本都在实验室工作。作为一位女同志,要上课,要照顾家庭,读博期间正值小孩高考,因此要照顾孩子,还要来实验室做实验、调研文献,其辛苦可想而知。她是80后研究生们学习的榜样。经过三年的辛苦努力,取得了一些有意义的科研成果,达到了博士学位授予的条件,可以如期毕业,我们都由衷地为她高兴!
