早晨看到一个在美国的朋友说：　　

 

某老师问我：喂，某同学有没有来找你？我说没有啊。他说该同学声称W老师被困马来西亚，需要马上汇款。我一听，马上意识到是怎样一回事，不禁和该老师一起笑得喘不过气。事情的起因是今天收到的如下一封无头无脑的email。

　　

　 　I am in hurry writing you this short message and I am sorry I didn't inform you about my traveling to Malaysia for a program called "Empowering Youth to Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education”…. It has been a very sad and bad moment for me, the present condition that i found myself is very hard for me to explain. I am really stranded here in Malaysia because I forgot my little bag in the Taxi where my money, passport, documents, cell phone which I have all my contacts and other valuable things were kept on my way to the Hotel am staying, I am facing a hard time here because i have no money on me….

　　

So please can you help me with a sum of $3,100 USD to sort out my problems here. I am sending you this email from the city Library, I will appreciate what so ever you can afford to send me for now and I promise to pay back your money as soon as I return home. So please use the details below to send the money to me through Western Union money transfer or money gram.....

After you have sent the money, email to me the western union money transfer control number or you can attach and forward to me the western union money transfer receipt so that i can pick up the money fast and leave.

据该老师说，该同学在电话中万分焦急地说W老师可能在马来西亚丢了护照钱包，需要$3100美元汇款之后，身为W老师好友的该老师马上告诉他那是不可能的。但是该同学不放心，问为什么，该老师不耐烦地要他自己去想。该同学一而再地问为什么，该老师只好无奈地让步，要该同学把那封信转给他。。。

 

于是，该老师一看到此CS在马来西亚参加向“Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty…”宣战的会议，即哈哈大笑。。。

 

我也收到了同样的信。觉得有点不对，就Google了一下，结果：

显然是一个骗局。

 

可是我却笑不出来。

看得出这是一个很幼稚、很天真，但是很善良、很热心的学生。在我Google到的结果里，有一条是：Please DO NOT be naive and believe! 显然就是针对这样的学生说的。

 

存这骗人之心的人，就是target这一个善良、轻信的人群，所以他们用：Fight Racism, HIV/AIDS, Poverty and Lack of Education这样一个会议名字。因为他们知道，看到信后，觉得“发信人”有可能去参加类似会议的人的朋友一定是善良而且天真的。。。

 

于是他们就设下了“倒钩”！！

 

这样的骗子早晚会被绳之以法。但更可恶的是那些披着“执法者”外衣的“倒钩”！

 

上海交通行政执法总队接连被指控利用善良人们愿意助人为乐的心理，派人伪装成急需帮助的路人，布下“倒钩”、陷人以罪。

 

他们显然也是target这一个善良、轻信的人群：因为只有善良、热心、乐于助人的人才会停车来帮助。如果属实，那么这些“行政交通执法”者们就更可恶。因为他们是在利用手中的权力残忍地、大规模地“屠杀”人们内心深处的善良！

 

这可是在这个物欲横流的时代人们内心仅存的那么一点善良！

 

他们竟然也不肯放过！！！
