博士生冯璞玉投稿《气候变化》的论文

早上收到我的偶像Norman J. Rosenberg教授的通知，他是Climatic Change的主编。他的书翻译成中文《小气候-生物环境》。大约1983年他访问南京气象学院，做了一个报告。这是我第一次听到的英语报告。那时候也是极少见的。他回美国后写了，在中国的见闻。我不记得哪里见到，摘出来写了《外国人眼中的南气院》，在我主编的校黑板报报道，引起很多同学的关注。
记得其中有一条，他建议把农业气象试验站，搬到远处去。这样小气候条件不受学校和马路的影响。
冯璞玉的论文，通过Climatic Change初审。西农硕士毕业，UTS2016年10月入学，他在WaggaWagga,澳大利亚初级产业部，由刘德立教授及其团队带领。再次创我的博士生发论文的最快、最高纪录。
