宇宙与自然界都是它的化身，都是它的表现形式。由于它的作用，天地间便有了阴阳。阴阳二气对立统一，便化生了万物，演化出人类。

因此，先天真气实质就是宇宙原本的物质能量与信息场，它携带着极高的负熵，因而是一切生命的进化，康复，发展的救星。

理论上人体如果能与真气沟通就能获得超常能力，能够击败强大的对手，能够治愈严重的疾病，进而能达到天人合一，逍遥宇宙。

这里的关键的关键就是生命是以负熵为生的法则，也许，这也是生命生存和发展的本质吧。

但是人体达到这种宇宙基本场的共振态是极为困难的，世间的七情六欲，不可控制的衣食住行等外界因素的变化，都是阻碍，这种阻碍就像喜马拉雅高山一样难以逾越。

这是因为人体的功能态接近宇宙共振态是以其心性的修炼（即修心）的宁静程度和保持时间的长短作为维持的必要条件，而七情六欲与心性相伴相生的关系就像是地球和月亮的关系，剪不断理还乱。

The universe and nature are its embodiment, and manifestation. Because of its role, there is yin and yang between heaven and earth. The unity of opposition between yin and yang metabolize everything and evolve human beings.

Therefore, the innate qi essence is the matter energy and information field of the universe. It carries very high negative entropy and is therefore the savior of all life evolution, rehabilitation and development.

In theory, if the human body can communicate with the true qi, it can acquire extraordinary ability, can defeat powerful opponents, can cure serious diseases, and then can achieve the unity of life and heaven, which is like playing in the universe.

This is because the necessary condition of functional state of the human body closed to the cosmic resonance state is depending on the maintenance of the peace of mind with the length of the time, and the relationship between the six desires and the heart is like the relationship between the earth and the moon, that shearing is always disorder.
