这虽然滑稽可笑，但是却有作用，细想起来却也有深刻的一面。凡事能存在，就有存在的理由，具有客观性的必然性，但这并不否定存在东西的美好性或丑恶性，及需要变化甚至革命转变的要求。

这里的合理不等于美好，而是客观性的意思。如果把合理解释为美好的话，就是曲解了原来的哲理。

事实上这看似平常的一句话传来，我心中忽的一震！

不错！我都存在了，又何必非要去搞清我是谁？而要想知道我是谁的本体，就必须让这个非我的本体得以完美的发展，这样才有可能达到认识自我本体的高度。

但是要想完美，就必须修行，而修行就不能太在乎肉身，而要讲空，但是要想得道，却又必须从肉身上修命，正所谓性命双修，对立统一，亦假亦真，变化莫测。

所以，只有把真我假借到这个世界上存在的“假我”研究了解透彻，才能够找到真正的自我本体。

思维转了过来，失控的精神力量开始恢复了平静，随之真气的湍流也自然开始流动平和。此时我这才觉得自己的头疼如火烧，冷汗像冰冻。

现在我知道了自发动功在精神控制方面是要加以注意的，那就是始终要坚持一个本体，原来的本体，而不能被另外修炼出的本体和假象所迷惑，否则自发动功就是万劫不复之地！

这就是为什么从古至今，有如此多的气功大师告诫后来修行者：“禁练自发功！”我已更能体会其中的含义，但是啊但是…….

Though this is funny, but there is a role, fine thinking it has 

a deep aspect. Can exist in all things, there is reason to exist, 

which is objective inevitability, but that doesn't deny something 

beautiful or ugly, even change or even revolutionary change 

request. 

The reasonable here does not mean good, but the meaning of 

objectivity. If we interpret the reason as good meaning, then 

this is distorted the original philosophy.

Yes! I have existed, and why have to know who am I? If I want 

to know who I am, I must let this me obtain the perfect 

development, so it could reach the height of 

self-understanding ontology. 

But if you want to perfect, you have to practice qi, and practice 

cannot be too care about the body, and should think empty, but 

if you want to get Tao, you must practice life from the flesh, is 

the so-called thinking and life cultivation, the unity of opposites, 

false or true, which is unpredictable.   

Therefore, I have to study the false me on which the true me 

relay, thorough, then I can find the true me.

Thinking turned and the runing away spiritual power begins 

to restored calm, and the flow with the true spirit of turbulence 

becomes natural and peaceful. At this time I just feel headache, 

as fire, and cold sweat like frozen. 

Now I know that it has to payattention to the self qi gong in 

the aspect of mind control, that is always insist on one subject, 

the original subject, and can't be fooled by the other subject or 

illusion which appear in the qi practice, otherwise, 

the self-qigong is aplace of redemption. 

This is why historically there are so many qigong masters told 

the youths: "Ban practice spontaneous qigong!" I have more 

understand the meaning, but, but... .
