有关科研经费申请的解决方案（工具）SciVal Funding

前几天，有一位四川大学的老师找到我，希望我加盟他们的课题组，一起申请国家哲学社会科学基金项目。我考虑再三，还是婉拒了。因为我已经离开文化产业、文化政策研究这个圈子很久了，对于最前沿的进展已经不熟悉了，加之工作繁忙，根本无法承担相应的责任。如果有名无实，不能承担具体工作，我宁愿不担这个名。实在对不起这位老师。
看了一下招标说明，该课题的经费在50万至80万之间，对于自然科学领域可能不算什么，对于社会科学人文科学领域，经费标准已经算很高了。

比如美国国际开发署（United States Agency for International Development）的一个二百万美金的研究项目，点击进去，会得到该项目的介绍、截止时间、申请步骤等所有信息，还有申请成功的46个项目的情况，有利于科研人员对照自己的研究申请，看看成功率有多少。
