Gene Expression (GE, eISSN: 1555-3884) 杂志于1991年创刊，自2022年8月开始，正式由华誉出版社 (Xia & He Publishing Inc., XHP) 出版。期刊为快速发展的生物科学领域提供了一个传播新研究成果的平台，其涵盖的研究主题广泛，包括细胞生物学、分子生物学、基因学和遗传学。它特别关注人类疾病的细胞和分子机制，特别是在心血管疾病、免疫学及疫苗研发、代谢性疾病（如糖尿病和肥胖症）、神经科学、癌症、传染病、衰老过程、生物标志物发现、基因与细胞治疗、人类疾病动物模型构建、医学综合组学分析、表观遗传学以及调节RNA等领域。此外，期刊还重视其他跨学科的研究方法。
