生物活性：Sugammadex sodium 是一种合成的 γ-环糊精衍生物，可作为神经肌肉阻滞的逆转剂。 Sugammadex sodium 在缺血再灌注损伤中表现出肾保护作用^[1][2]。 

体内：Sugammadex（100 mg/kg，IV，一次）在大鼠缺血一小时后开始再灌注时具有肾保护作用^[2]。

动物体内实验:体重5.2-7.1kg的雌性恒河猴肌肉注射10mg/kg氯胺酮镇静。放置两根静脉管线：一根用于麻醉，包括罗库溴铵，另一根用于施用测试药物。随后静脉注射 25 mg/kg 戊巴比妥钠，随后连续输注 5-10 mg/kg/h。对猴子进行气管插管，用氧气和一氧化二氮的混合物（体积比为2:3）对肺部进行通气。四只动物分别在三个不同的场合进行研究。服用盐水或低剂量（1.0 mg/kg）或高剂量（2.5 mg/kg）舒更葡糖的场合有所不同。在两次实验之间，猴子的恢复时间至少为 6 周。使用脉搏血氧计在耳边测定心率和血氧饱和度。通过将袖带套在尾巴上来测定血压。通过直肠探针测量体温并保持在 37°C-38°C。
