体外:Amentoflavone (1-60 µM) 在 RAW 264.7 细胞中以浓度依赖性方式抑制一氧化氮的产生[2]。Amentoflavone (50-200 µM) 抑制 U 的活力-87 MG 细胞,48 小时时 IC50 值为 100 µM[3]。Amentoflavone(0、50、100 µM;48 小时)诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞在亚 G1 期[3]。Amentoflavone(0、50、100 µM;48 小时)抑制 NF-ĸB 激活并降低 MCL1 和 C- 的表达U-87 MG 细胞中的 FLIP 蛋白[3].Amentoflavone (0-32 µg/ml) 具有抗菌活性,MIC 为 8、4、32、8、16、8 µg /ml 用于 E。屎 ATCC 19434, S.金黄色葡萄球菌 ATCC 25923, S.变形杆菌 ATCC 3065, E.大肠杆菌 O-157 ATCC 25922, E.大肠杆菌 ATCC 43895, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853,分别为[4]。
体内:Amentoflavone(25 mg/kg;口服;每天一次,连续 3 天)在小鼠中通过抗炎作用显示出对癫痫的神经保护作用[1]。
