生物活性：Argipressin (Arg8-vasopressin) 与V1、V2、V3-血管精氨酸加压素受体结合，K_d 值为 1.31 nM A7r5大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞为V1。

体外：Argipressin 与血管精氨酸加压素受体 V1 结合，在 A7r5 大鼠主动脉平滑肌细胞中的 K_d 值为 1.31 nM。它还刺激 A7r5 细胞中钙的细胞内释放 (EC₅₀=5 nM)^[1]。 AVP 诱导的 [Ca²⁺]_i 信号和针对 DRG 细胞培养物中 S-100 的免疫活性。在 DRG 培养的非神经元细胞中，Argipressin 引起 [Ca²⁺]_i 反应的最低有效浓度为 100 pM^[2]。
