生物活性：Ivermectin (MK-933) 是一种广谱抗寄生虫剂。 Ivermectin (MK-933) 是一种特异性抑制剂，可抑制 Impα/β1 介导的核输入，对 HIV-1 和登革热病毒具有有效的抗病毒活性。它是 P2X₄ 和 α7 神经元烟碱乙酰胆碱受体 (nAChRs) 的正变构效应子。 Ivermectin 还抑制 bovine herpesvirus1 (BoHV-1) 复制并抑制 BoHV-1 DNA 聚合酶入核^{[1][2] [3][4]}。伊维菌素是一种针对 SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19^[5] 的候选治疗药物。
