生物活性:D-甘露糖是一种碳水化合物,在人体新陈代谢中起着重要作用,尤其是在特定蛋白质的糖基化过程中。

体外:D-Mannose (5.5, 11, 25 mM, 24 h) 通过抑制 IL-1β 的产生来抑制巨噬细胞的激活[1]。 D-Mannose (25 mM, 24-72 h) 通过促进 TGF-β 活化来刺激人和小鼠细胞中的 Treg 细胞分化抑制免疫病理[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

体内:D-Mannose (2g/kg, 每小时腹腔注射 6 次, 3 h 后处死) 可保护小鼠免受 DSS 诱导的溃疡性结肠炎[1]。 D-Mannose (1.1 M D-甘露糖溶于水饮用 2 个月) 通过 Treg 细胞增殖和肠道微生物依赖的抗炎作用减轻小鼠骨质流失[3]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. Animal Model: C57BL/6 mice[1] Dosage: 20% (w/v) Administration: i.g. pre-treated for 2 weeks Result: Opposed loss of body weight induced by DSS and delayed colitis progression.
