网站介绍：RhizobiaWiki数据库网站包括根瘤菌的分类学、菌株信息、基因组数据、共生基因簇、质粒、比较基因组信息，豆科宿主信息，转录组、基因的横向转移(HGT)，涉及到15个属已知的根瘤菌。

网站提供了一些搜索工作，如BLAST，ANI计算，预测质粒可转移性、启动子预测等。其它功能正在开发之中。

RhizobiaWiki, a comprehensive knowledgebase for molecular biological study of rhizobia-legume symbiosis, servers as useful resources to meet the various need of related scientists.The database provided taxonomy status, strain metadata (isolation source etc.), genomic data, symbiotic gene clusters, plasmid, comparative genomic information, legume host, transcriptome and recent HGT prediction for all known rhizobia in 15 genus.The database also provided online tools that facilitate molecular biologist to explore the data in the database, analyze their own data. Current available tools included: BLAST, ANI calculation, prediction of plasmid transfer ability, promoter prediction etc.Our database is currently developed, and will incorporate more kinds of data such as microbiome related to rhizobia, protein and RNA structures, metabolome etc. We are glad to receive advice from all users via the website link or by E-mail (2014014886@nwsuaf.edu.cn).
