生物活性:Ambroxol (NA-872) 是前药 Bromhexine 的活性代谢物,具有强效祛痰作用。 Ambroxol 是一种glucocerebrosidase (GCase) 分子伴侣,可增加 glucocerebrosidase 活性。 Ambroxol 可诱导肺部自噬,并具有用于帕金森病和神经元病性戈谢病研究的潜力[1][2]。
体内:氨溴索(NA-872;1、3、4、5 mM,在饮用水中连续 12 天)导致野生型小鼠、表达小鼠葡萄糖脑苷脂酶 1 基因杂合 L444P 突变的转基因小鼠和转基因小鼠的脑葡萄糖脑苷脂酶活性增加过表达人α-突触核蛋白的小鼠[2]。
