生物活性：Naxitamab (Hu3F8) 是一种靶向二唾液酸神经节苷脂 GD2 的人源化单克隆抗体。 Naxitamab可用于神经母细胞瘤、骨肉瘤等GD2阳性癌症的研究[1]。
体外：Naxitamab (Hu3F8; 72 h) 对神经母细胞瘤细胞系 LAN-1 具有细胞毒性，EC50 值为 5.1 μg/mL[1]。Naxitamab ( 0.1-1 μg/mL；4 h；外周血单个核细胞（PBMC）和多形核白细胞（PMN））具有抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒作用（ADCC）[1]。
体内：Naxitamab（Hu3F8；100 mg/kg；静脉注射；每周两次，持续 4 周；带有 LAN-1 异种移植物的无胸腺裸鼠）抑制神经母细胞瘤异种移植物中的肿瘤生长[1]。
