恩格斯把人类认识历史的本质总结为:“全部哲学,特别是近代哲学的重大的基本问题,是思维和存在的关系问题”。从人类认知的角度我们认为思维和存在的关系问题的问题空间属于语义空间。面向DIKWP资源空间的数据资产-信息资产-知识资产-智慧资产-意图资产的资产链,思维和存在的关系表达空间将通过对应数据资产、信息资产、知识资产、智慧资产、意图资产的语义表达而转化为DIKWP静态语义空间,以及基于DIKWP资产间语义关联和转化关联的DIKWP动态语义空间。进而我们可以将思维和存在的认识历史借助DIKWP资源形式化建模纳入DIKWP数字文明链:数据文明->信息文明->知识文明->智慧文明->意图文明,进行语义形式化认知。

简单回顾DIKWP的基础概念的数据认知、信息认知、知识认知、智慧认知和意图认知的发展过程将有助于从本质语义上理解基于哲学本质对应的数据科学的认知、信息科学的认知、知识科学的认知、智慧科学的认知、意图科学的认知。现有证据表明包括人类、蜜蜂等在内的许多生物都先发展出了基于对象目标认同的基本“相同(basic sameness semantics)”语义认知。从逻辑认知角度考虑,对于离散的对象目标,基于相同语义的抽象认知基础上才可以发展基本的“不同(basic difference semantics)”语义认知。

我们提出对相同语义的认知是一个基本的整体化抽象过程,这个整体化抽象通过去除细节和精度差异认知实现了对目标对象从客观现实世界通过主观的抽象简化转化为可以在认知空间独立存在或者确定了存在语义的主观认知目标对象,也就是数据语义(Data semantics)。数据语义不同于数据概念,数据概念是数据语义的符号化载体,一个数据概念可以对应一个或多个不同的认知数据语义。

我们提出对不同语义的认知是一个基本的简化抽象过程,这个简化抽象通过丰富细节和精度认知实现了对目标对象从主观认知世界通过客观的观察、测量与基于相同语义排除分析转化为可以在认知空间独立存在或者确定了存在语义的主观认知目标对象的差异认知,也就是信息语义(Information semantics)。信息语义不同于信息概念,信息概念是信息语义的符号化载体,一个信息概念可以对应一个或多个不同的认知信息语义。

我们提出对知识语义的认知是一个基本的完整性假设类型化过程,这个类型化抽象通过借助对拥有相同语义的对象的面向未被探寻存在性的无限整体的完整性假设,主观确认了被类型化的整体之间的整体之间的某种语义关联关系。

我们提出对智慧语义的认知是一个内在价值观的主观客观化建模和表达过程。对意图语义的认知是一个对不确定性的高阶语义关联过程。

对应的作为依托发现数据和推理出信息来构建可以理解并能被客观解释的知识认知的科学范式概念,我们面向DIKWP语义空间提出DIKWP数字科学::=数据科学->信息科学->知识科学->智慧科学->意图科学的证据构造可以对应到DIKWP数字证据::=数据证据->信息证据->知识证据->智慧证据->意图证据。相应的对证据链到被认知对象的认知语义关联形成了DIKWP科学的DIKWP语义解释。DIKWP数字解释包括:数据解释->信息解释->知识解释->智慧解释->意图解释。

数字科学 正在扩展,涵盖数据科学Data Science[1],信息科学Information Science[2],知识科学Knowledge Science[3] , 智慧科学Wisdom Science[4]和意图科学Purpose Science)更像是一个 DIKWP 数字科学链(Digital Science Chain[5]

DIKWP digital science chain of 12 chains of DIKWP digital economics::=data science->information science->knowledge science->wisdom science->intent science:

Friedrich Engels summed up the essence of human understanding of history as: "The great basic question of all philosophy, especially of more recent philosophy, is that concerning the relation of thinking and being." From the perspective of human cognition, we believe that the problem space of the relationship between thinking and existence (the strict form of being) belongs to the semantic space. The asset chain of data assets-information assets-knowledge assets-intelligence assets-intention assets facing the DIKWP resource space, the relationship expression space of thinking and existence will be expressed through the semantic expression of corresponding data assets, information assets, knowledge assets, intelligence assets, and intention assets It is transformed into DIKWP static semantic space, and DIKWP dynamic semantic space based on semantic association and transformation association between DIKWP assets. Furthermore, we can incorporate the cognition history of thinking and existence into the DIKWP digital civilization chain with the help of formal modeling of DIKWP resources: data civilization->information civilization->knowledge civilization->wisdom civilization->intent civilization for semantic formal cognition.

A brief review of the development process of data cognition, information cognition, knowledge cognition, wisdom cognition and intention cognition of the basic concepts of DIKWP will help to understand the cognition and information of data science based on the essence of philosophy. The cognition of science, the cognition of knowledge science, the cognition of wisdom science, the cognition of intention science. Existing evidence shows that many organisms, including humans, bees, etc., have first developed basic "basic sameness semantics" semantic cognition based on object-goal identification. From the perspective of logical cognition, for discrete object targets, the basic "different (basic difference semantics)" semantic cognition can be developed on the basis of abstract cognition based on the same semantics.

We propose that the cognition of the same semantics is a basic overall abstraction process. This overall abstraction realizes the transformation of the target object from the objective real world through subjective abstraction and simplification to the cognitive space by removing details and precision differences. Subjective cognitive target objects that exist independently or have identified semantics, that is, data semantics. Data semantics are different from data concepts. Data concepts are the symbolic carrier of data semantics. A data concept can correspond to one or more different cognitive data semantics.

We propose that the cognition of different semantics is a basic simplified abstraction process. This simplified abstraction realizes the conversion of the target object from the subjective cognition world through objective observation, measurement and exclusion analysis based on the same semantics through rich details and precise cognition. The differential cognition of subjective cognitive target objects that can exist independently in the cognitive space or that have semantics is determined, that is, information semantics. Information semantics is different from information concepts. Information concepts are the symbolic carriers of information semantics. An information concept can correspond to one or more different cognitive information semantics.

We propose that the cognition of knowledge semantics is a basic completeness hypothesis typification process, and this typed abstraction subjectively confirms that the A certain semantic relationship between wholes among typed wholes.

We propose that the cognition of wisdom semantics is a subjective and objective modeling and expression process of inner values. The cognition of intentional semantics is a high-order semantic association process of uncertainty.

Correspondingly, as a scientific paradigm concept that relies on discovering data and inferring information to construct knowledge cognition that can be understood and objectively explained, we propose the DIKWP digital science chain for the DIKWP semantic space::=data science->information science->knowledge The evidence structure of science->wisdom science->intention science can correspond to the DIKWP digital evidence chain::=data evidence->information evidence->knowledge evidence->wisdom evidence->intent evidence. The corresponding cognitive semantic association of the evidence chain to the recognized object forms the DIKWP semantic interpretation of DIKWP science. The DIKWP digital interpretation chain includes: data interpretation->information interpretation->knowledge interpretation->wisdom interpretation->intention interpretation.

Digital science is expanding to include Data Science [1], Information Science [2], Knowledge Science [3], Wisdom Science [4] and Purpose Science (Purpose Science). Science) is more like a DIKWP Digital Science Chain (Digital Science Chain) [5]:
