近日,国际权威期刊Nature Communications(IF=14.9)上发表题为“Comprehensive micro-scaled proteome and phosphoproteome characterization of archived retrospective cancer repositories” 的研究文章。研究针对非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 的FFPE样本,进行了蛋白质组学、磷酸化修饰组学定量分析,为深入了解肺癌和其他类型癌症的发病机制提供了帮助。研究结果同时也突显了FFPE样本进行无偏修饰组学分析的巨大前景,有望对癌症的临床进程做出新的解释。
