论文数据来源于Web of Science数据库“nutrition and dietetics”学科类别下76种期刊。

Description of study design

Study design

Description

Guidelines/recommendation

Clinical guidelines or recommendation for research or  education purpose

Interventional studies

Randomised controlled, non-randomised controlled, and  uncontrolled experimental trials involving human or animals

Observational studies

Cross-sectional studies, cross-over design, cohort and  case-control studies as well as case series

Development and validation of tools

Research aims to develop and validate questionnaires  and experimental method

Basic sciences

Bench-top laboratory research and research involving  animal models

Reviews

Literature reviews, systematic reviews and  meta-analysis

(1)              cancer;

(2)              carbohydratemetabolism and diabetes;

(3)              energyand protein metabolism;

(4)              growth,development and paediatrics;

(5)              lipids;

(6)              nutritionalepidemiology and public health;

(7)              nutritionalstatus, dietary intake and body composition;

(8)              obesityand eating disorder;

(9)              vitamins,minerals and phytochemicals; and

(10)          other fieldsthat cannot be categorised under any of the nine previous categories.

2)从研究领域上看,1960-1979年的论文多涉及‘nutritional status, dietary intake, and body composition’and ‘obesity and eating disorder’2000年以来的论文多涉及‘vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals’

(a) Relative citationrate: total number of times that the article was cited/years published.

(b) Research areas were classified using commoncategories used by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2013.

Top 50.

浙江农业大学(Chemistry Laboratory,Department of Basic Course, Zhejiang Agricultural University)的Jia Zhishen, TangMengchengWu Jianming1999年发表在Food Chemistry上的论文“The determination offlavonoid contents in mulberry and their scavenging effects on superoxideradicals”。
