仔细遵循作者的说明
选择期刊时需要考虑两个主要因素：
您的论文是否符合该期刊的范围，以及该期刊本身的声誉。声誉不一定基于影响因子等指标，而是基于编辑团队的专业水平、期刊的读者和影响范围或周转时间等方面。无论您选择哪个出版商或期刊，请确保他们具有高标准的同行评审和出版道德。思考+查看+提交(http://thinkchecksubmit.org/)是最近为此目的发起的活动，建议访问他们的网站以获取有用的清单，以帮助您评估期刊或出版商的资质。
