If you are like me, living in a society that tells us fat is bad for you. You will be as shocked as I am to see thses words on the cover of Time: "Eat Butter."
Well, I started to eat meat, inlcuding beef, more than a year and half ago, out of necessity. I was told that my blood sugar was too high, at the edge of being diabetic. It was a shock at first, since I was not fat, and hardly ate much meat at that time. Well, it turned out that NOT eating meat was my problem, because I was hungry all the times and I would eat anything else, including cookies, pastries, etc. By including some meat in my diet, I am no longer as hungry. I also started exercise, such as walking after dinner, and now going to yoga classes.
The article is long, but involves "flawed" research. So, maybe we should all read it, or part of it.
