COACH'S ROLLED OATS ...

... my adopted soul food.
I grew up by the West Lake. Ok, it was 3-4 bus stops away from the West Lake. My childhood was filled with rice soup for breakfast, which is something I enjoyed with my son on weekends from time to time.
Then, I discovered Coach's Rolled Oats, which you can get at Costco (meaning good value/price)...
Last Sunday, I felt ill. I couldn't think of having anything for dinner, not even my preferred salads from the CPK. Looking around at my much cleaned little kitchen, I re-discovered the oats. Oh, how great it tasted! It nursed me back to health.
I am back!
