I guess I no longer have the ability to write off jet lag. I crashed at 11:30 pm last night, and woke up at 4:30 am. When I was younger, I would have slept until 6:30 am at least, even when I crossed many time zones. Oh, well. I should be happy that the low is only 27C in Shanghai.
