Last night, I wrote a short Blog entitled "LIU Lao Lao goes to Shanghai," but it was eaten by the internet.
Things developed quickly since then, so I will just move on...
Going through PVG is my yearly routine, but I can hardly remember ever spending much time to visit the city. The only exception was a few years ago, when I toured five cities in China with three other American women. Shanghai was our last stop, and we went shopping!
This summer, I planned to visit Nanjing, but things didn't work out. So, I had two days to kill somewhere else. Why not in Shanghai? Why not!
So far, I have a morning lecture scheduled on the 20th, and a dinner reunion with my college classmates. Since I plan to stay near Jing An Temple, I am sure I can have lots of fun sightseeing, or shopping!
Anyone wants to join me for an afternoon tea?
