从湘潭回来了，湘潭这个时候气候比北京好，虽然常有阴天，但很绿，空气不错。

两件事情本想以后再说的，想来想去还是说出来比较好。

1. 下半年开始我将将重心移到中国科学技术大学，如有意报我的研究生（明年起）请报科大。

2. 复旦大学传来好消息，张守晟将支持量子调控中心做一些事情，他们在寻找有弦论背景的人去做博士后，研究方向当然是凝聚态物理与高能物理之间的关系。希望感兴趣者留意事情的发展。下面是一个礼拜前胡江平的来信：

My name is Jiangping Hu. I am an assitant professor at Purdue University. We met a few times. Hehe.

The center of quantum control at Fudan university will have some postdoctor positions. Prof. Shoucheng Zhang (stanford) is heavily involved in organizing the effort. I am asked to supervise some postdoctors if possible.

One of my interest is to do research in the connection between condensed matter physics and high energy (or string theory). Since my backgroup is in condensed matter physics. I would like to recruit one or two postdoctors from mathematical physics, high energy or string theory background. If you have good students or known persons in your research community who are interested in these positions, please inform them and ask them to contact me directly. I can tell them more details. Your help is great appreciated.
