新型冠状病毒最新研究动态 全球17个感染病例,11人死亡

世卫组织通报两个新型冠状病毒死亡病例

世界卫生组织3月26日发布公告,通报了两个新增新型冠状病毒死亡病例。截至目前,世卫组织共收到全球通报的确认新型冠状病毒感染病例17例,其中11人死亡。
其中一个死亡病例是德国罗伯特·科赫研究所向世卫组织报告的。这名73岁男性来自阿联酋,本月10日出现呼吸系统症状被送入阿布扎比一家医院,19日转至德国慕尼黑一家医院治疗,23日确认感染新型冠状病毒,26日死亡。
这是首例来自阿联酋的新型冠状病毒感染病例,也是德国第二个新型冠状病毒输入性病例,去年曾有一名卡塔尔籍患者在德国接受治疗后康复出院。尽管德国出现新病例,罗伯特·科赫研究所还是在声明中提醒人们不必过于担心,因为眼下尚无证据表明该病毒可持续在人与人间传播,“普通人群染病风险并未增加”。
另一个死亡病例在英国,是英国2月11日向世卫组织通报的一个集群感染新型冠状病毒的家庭中一员,该患者在发病前有到过巴基斯坦和沙特阿拉伯的旅行史。这个家庭中还有另外两位成员被确诊感染该病毒,其中一人已死亡。
在目前全球通报的11个死亡病例中,6例来自沙特,2例来自约旦,2例来自英国,1例来自阿联酋。
新型冠状病毒于去年被发现,它与SARS(非典型性肺炎)病毒同属冠状病毒,感染者多会出现严重的呼吸系统综合征并伴有急性肾衰竭。世卫组织提醒所有成员国继续监控严重急性呼吸系统感染病例,对任何异常病例进行仔细检查。世卫组织目前正和国际专家以及有病例报告的国家一起对当前情况进行评估。

新型冠状病毒疫情自去年发生以来,全球已报告15个感染病例,其中9人死亡。这种病毒与曾引起巨大恐慌的“非典”(SARS)病毒同属冠状病毒,因此广受关注。但基因分析显示,与新型冠状病毒最接近的是2008年在荷兰发现的一种蝙蝠冠状病毒,而不是SARS病毒。

《自然》:研究发现新型冠状病毒入侵人体途径
英国《自然》杂志网络版3月13日刊登报告说,荷兰研究人员找到了近来广受关注的新型冠状病毒入侵人体的途径,这将有助开发防治新型冠状病毒感染的新方法。

荷兰伊拉斯谟医疗中心等机构研究人员报告说,在人体呼吸道一些细胞的表面存在一种名为“二肽基肽酶-4”的蛋白质,它就是新型冠状病毒感染的受体,即病毒会与这种蛋白质结合,以它们为“登陆点”附着到呼吸道细胞上,随之进一步侵入和感染人体。
