彼得·杜赫提（英语：Peter C. Doherty，1940年10月15日－），澳大利亚外科兽医和医学科研人员，毕业于昆士兰大学兽医学院，法国国家医学科学院外籍院士。1995年获得拉斯克奖（基础医学研究），1996年获诺贝尔生理学或医学奖，1997年成为澳大利亚年度风云人物。 [1]
