未选择的路-Frost的困惑

对于凡夫俗子，对于摆在我们面前的路，似乎只有一条。对大部分的人来说，命中似乎早已经注定，通向成功的路只有一条，也只有这一条。我们的眼睛从来就没有看到过另一条路，我们似乎也不敢去看另一条路，更不用说去走那条路了。限于我们的眼界，我们看不到前方的路；限于我们的智慧，我们无法判断哪条是该走的路！我们的路为何越走越窄啊！

人在旅途，该怎样走？

当年，美国诗人Robert Frost写下一首著名的诗篇《未选择的路》，是他和友人在一起漫步的时候获得的灵感。当他们来到一个黄树林前，黄树林前的路上恰好有两个分叉，两条同样的路，路上落叶缤纷，是向左，还是向右？就摆在诗人和友人的前面？这就是Frost所面临的两难困境！然而，这一困境的另一面却是，他还有选择的路！他的遗憾是，我是否应该走另外一条路？我还能否再走另一条路？

采用新的韵脚再次诠释这首诗。

The Road Not Taken

未选择的路

黄树林前岔路口，Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

人生遗憾难两走，And sorry I could not travel both

孤身长立放眼望，And be one traveler, long I stood

苍茫林海无尽头，And looked down one as far as I could

小路弯弯草悠悠。To where it bent in the undergrowth;

踏上左路放弃右，Then took the other, as just as fair

或许还有好理由，And having perhaps the better claim,

绿草茵茵把人诱；Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

若把右路同样过，Though as for that, the passing there

风雨坎坷无薄厚。Had worn them really about the same,

晨晖两路映眼前，And both that morning equally lay

霜清叶亮无人走。In leaves no step had trodden black

留下那条缤纷路!  Oh, I kept the first for another day!

且向峰峦歧处多，Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

暗思能否再回首。I doubted if I should ever come back.

轻声一叹往事道，I shall be telling this with a sigh

迷茫岁月烟雨稠：Somewhere ages and ages hence:

人在旅途岔路口，two roads diverged in a wood, and I --

独辟蹊径少人走，I took the one less traveled by,

坦途崎岖终造就。and that has made all the difference.
