Dr. Anne Raymond is currently a paleontology & geobiology professor in the Department of Geology and Geophysics, Texas A & M University at College Station, Texas. Anne initiated her paleobotanical training when she was an undergraduate student in Harvard University. In 1977 Anne Raymond completed her B.A. thesis, entitled “Quantitative analysis of three Iowa coal ball floras.” She realized her graduate study in the Department of Geophysical Sciences, University of Chicago and obtained her Ph. D. degree in 1983.
