title：Fundamental derivation of the Schr¨odinger equation from first principles in physics and mathematics

Abstract：Building upon first-order rate equation in physics, we present a rigorous mathematical and physical derivation of the Schr¨ odinger equation from first principles. We definitively interpret the wave function as representing statistical uncertainty in particle number, with its squared modulus giving the particle number statistics.
