It is more whimsical and comical ,intended primarily for the American audience about Chinese-American food . However, if you can follow the rather rapid fire American-English delivery and sometimes subtle humor, you can honestly say
1.you are 100% Americanized
2.your English comprehension is excellent
3.you are more up-to-date on Americana and current affairs than most average Americans.
As the younger generation like to say “You’ve got it”. It is in my opinion worth a few minutes of your time even if you don't follow every joke in it.
