You can find on Your Tube a seminar with Q&A on the title of this post  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=osrut2BjlMk . Everyuone of us often have to deal with people whose opinion we fundamental disagree with, e.g. you have to work with person who believe "vaccines" are a danger to children while you believe vaccines are needed for children for their safety and that of the population. Rather than engage in shouting match with your opponent with nothing done as a result, how can you still work with your opponent without giving up your belief? Two experts tell you how. They summarize their technique in a word H.E.A.R where

1. H stands for Hedging. You can say while you believe in vaccines. You can understand how others may believe otherwise.

2. E stands for Empathy. You empathize with your opponent that different life exsperience may lead your opponent to his/her belief.

3. A stands for Acknowledgement. You say you heard and understood your opponent's view and reasoning

4. R stands for Reframe the positives. For example, you say both you and your opponent beleive in the safety of children. That is your common ground.

This blogger find much worth learning in this seminar
