The well known travel magazine, Conde’ Nast traveler, has complied this list with a photo and short description for each city. Well worth browsing for fun and for arm chair travellers and as a wish list. A few years back, there was this best selling book “One Thousand Place to Visit Before You Die”. I regret to say I have only been to a quarter of the places listed in the book. With this list I do much better and scored a super majority.

Of course, I am biased since I feel many more places in China deserve to be on either list if the travel industry in China is better developed.
