作为中国科学学与科技政策研究会科学计量学与信息计量学专业委员会的主任委员，我现在转贴第14届国际科学计量学与信息计量学大会的第一次征文通知，该会议将于2013年7月15-19日在奥地利维也纳召开。热爱科学计量学的朋友们，请踊跃投稿，争取明年在维也纳见面啊！在这次会议上，我们还要以中国科学学与科技政策研究会的名义申办2017年第16届国际科学计量学与信息计量学大会，如果申办成功，2017年大会将在杭州举办。明年会议上的中国面孔越多，应该说对于申办成功越有利。
