(1) PPI network
Users can find protein-protein interaction information in the "gene page". This information is visualized with a network and clicking on nodes in the network can link to the "gene page" of this protein.
(2) Regulatory relationships
The regulatory relationship illustrates the transcription factors and microRNAs that can influence the expression level of the queried gene with a directed graph.
(3) Functional information
In the "gene page", users can find functional annotations of this gene. The annotations were collected from published articles manually.
(4) Marker map
We also present the marker information with an image. Clicking the tissue name will link to the marker list.
