To solitude

Oh solitude you are something they dread

As if being alone were being dead

Yet few can really see the value you provide

And the need to in you take pride

Although I have been alone for long

At no moment have I failed to with me get along

In this distant area called 97 county road

The serenity the peace i have always owned

As I sleep alone in this small room

Listening to to the sound of silence that bloom

I can feel myself like I never did before

When my world couldn’t be more of a bore

Thus this solitude I have to cherish

In a way that a river does a fish

In this solitude I am bound to find

                    The truth that is nutrient for my mind..
