摘要：高速公路房建工程建设是整个高速公路建设中是薄弱环节，从设计到施工完成整个过程存在多方面的问题，结合多年对高速公路房建的管理，目前高速公路附属房建工程建设过程中存在的很多问题，文章针对主要从设计方面、招投标、施工、协调、工程监理和成本管理等方面出现的问题提出了相关的解决方法。

Abstract: The present situation, expressway construction in building construction is the entire Expressway is the weak link, complete the entire process from design to construction of a wide range of issues, combined with years of building management of Expressway, highway subsidiary currently many of the problems existing in the process of building engineering construction,The article for major design, tendering, construction, coordination, project management and cost management, relevant solutions to the issues raised in the area.
