刚刚在Microbiology China发表的小文章(Letter-to-Editor)，是我们实验室的研究生仅采用“直尺”量出的，小鼠在不同月龄肠道长度的变化。他们观察到24月龄的129S2/SvPasCrl小鼠肠道比2月龄或4月龄的都长。这就引出了下列问题：

1、为什么衰老鼠的肠道会延长？

     Why the mouse intestine extends as aging?

2、其分子机制是什么？

     What occurs in the molecular events?

3、其他动物衰老后，肠道也会延长吗？

     Do other animals intestine extend as aging?

4、人类的肠道也会在衰老期延长吗？

     How about human beings?

5、肠道菌群的变化与肠道的长度变化相关吗？

     Is there any relation between microbiota and the intestinal length?

6、肠道的长度与寿命有关系吗？

     Is there any relation between intestinal length and life span?

7、肠道的长度跟老年免疫能力相关吗？

     Is there any relation of intestinal length with immunofunctioin?
