氢气临床研究文献汇总

自从2007年发现氢气治疗疾病的效应后,饮用含氢气水作为治疗疾病的方法已经开展了15项小规模的临床研究,这些临床研究总患者数量达到309人。虽然规模不大,但是也初步确定了氢气水对人体的安全性,初步证明对某些疾病如对帕金森病、代谢综合症、糖尿病、类风湿关节炎、运动疲劳和肌肉病等具有治疗效果。这些研究给将来更大规模的多中心双盲对照研究奠定了重要基础。如日本军医大学已经计划开展对蛛网膜下腔出血的大规模临床研究。

目前关于氢气的临床研究多数来自日本,中国的研究只有2篇,这和中国学者发表大量基础研究论文和承担大量国家自然科学基金的情况相比,显然非常不正常。

为什么中国学者在氢气临床研究方面相对不足?个人认为,一方面是因为大家对这个新的概念认识不足。另外一个方面是,缺少大的企业推动,临床研究需要的比较多的研究经费,没有大的经费支持,很难开展比较大规模的临床研究,这方面日本的情况相对好一些。再次是许多人对开展这类临床研究存在误区,例如有的人觉得氢气产品没有得到国家卫生机构的认可,能不能进行临床研究,这显然是对开展临床研究的基本条件不够了解造成。
