发现最近Elsevier平台的杂志明显在线速度快了，3天就在线，这对open access的网刊来说是一个打击，估计这样open access的网刊没什么优势了，至少对于中国学者来说，基本的大学 sciencedirect 进入，那就不用 担心自己的文章 引用不够快够多。
