下面的案例中可能有传说中的代做实验和代写论文的第三方公司深度介入。

    据Retraction Watch报道，两篇完全不同的作者群体在不同的期刊发表了同一实验数据的文章，并且以完全相同文字的“撤稿声明”谢幕。

      这两篇文章撤稿的原因均缘于盗用了匿名来源的未发表数据。其中一篇论文的作者透露其数据来源于某个“第三方服务公司。”

      2015年9月30日 在线发布的“撤稿声明”为Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications (BBRC)发出，被撤文章为“KDM3Ainteracted with p53K372me1 and regulated p53 binding to PUMA in gastric cancer”。撤稿的理由为应作者的要求撤销。这篇文章的作者未经许可使用了他人的未发表数据，数据的拥有者不愿在本撤稿声明中公开身份。

      2015年10月24日文字完全相同的“撤稿声明”再一次被Journal of Molecular Histology (JMH)发布，不过被撤销的文章是“KDM3Aconfers metastasis and chemoresistance in epithelial ovarian cancer”。

      对于那个不愿公开身份的未发表数据的拥有者，二篇被撤稿文章的作者均讳而不言。

      BBRC和JMH分别由国际二大期刊出版巨头Elsevier和Springer出版，后者的撤稿声明中雷同的文字显然涉嫌抄袭。

This article has been found to contain plagiarized materials. Unpublished data was obtained from an unnamed source and has been used without permission.
