（三）可能出现的问题

 （1）提示No document is open or your document could not be detected什么原因？

   请按下面的步骤：

      1）关闭正在使用的Word

      2）卸载grammarly 插件，可通过控制面板或者360卫士的软件卸载

      3）下载最新的grammarly 插件，通过grammarly官网：网页链接

      4）双击安装后，请同时点Ctrl+Shift，grammarly会显示2条信息，点击 Install for all users option 

      5）完成后，重新打开Word，输入账号密码就ok了！

         特别注意：When you see “Welcome to Grammarly” window, press and hold Shift and Ctrl keys on your keyboard and then click Get Started（在baiwelcome to Grammarly框弹出来的时候，一直按住Shift和Control键，然后点击Get Start按钮）
